Support is always tailored to your family’s needs. Sessions can focus on feeding, infant sleep, or both, depending on what feels most relevant for you.

 

Every consultation includes a thorough assessment and a personalised, practical plan — so you leave with clarity, direction, and support that feels realistic for your baby and your life.

Consultation (Lactation and/or Sleep)

A focused session to understand what’s happening with your baby’s feeding and/or sleep and what will help moving forward.

 

Includes:

  • 60–90 minute session (in-home or virtual)

  • Thorough assessm ent of feeding and/or sleep

  • Observation of your baby and their patterns l

  • Personalised, evidence-informed plan

  • Follow-up message support for a few days after

 

Best for:
Parents who want clarity, reassurance, and a clear plan.

In-Home Support Session

Hands-on support where I’m alongside you in real time as feeding or sleep challenges unfold.

Session length: 2–4 hours (daytime or evening)

 

Includes:

  • Review of current feeding and sleep patterns

  • Practical guidance with feeding and settling

  • Real-time adjustments and support

  • Help understanding your baby’s cues

 

Best for:
Parents who feel like things are particularly difficult in the moment and want experienced support beside them.

Foundation Support Package

Ongoing, steady support from pregnancy into the early weeks with your baby.

 

Includes:

  • 1 prenatal preparation session

  • 2 in-home postpartum sessions

  • Lactation and/or sleep assessment as needed

  • Personalised feeding and/or sleep plan

  • Ongoing message support between sessions

Best for: Families who want consistent, reassuring guidance rather than a one-off session.

Preparation Session (Pre-Natal)

A relaxed, informative session to help you feel calm and prepared before your baby arrives.

 

Includes:

  • Feeding basics (breastfeeding, bottle, combination feeding)

  • Understanding newborn sleep (0–3 months)

  • Baby cues, settling, and soothing

  • What the early weeks realistically look like

  • Time for questions

Format: In-home or virtual | One-on-one, couple, or small group

Best for: Expecting parents who want to feel informed and confident going into the early weeks.

Location and Travel

I’m based in Ra’anana and offer in‑home support throughout the Merkaz and surrounding areas.

Travel within 15 km of Ra’anana is included. For visits further afield, a modest distance‑based travel fee applies and is always confirmed in advance.

Virtual appointments are also available and can be a flexible option for prenatal sessions, consultations, and follow‑up support.
