Sleep in the early months can feel relentless. Short naps, frequent night waking, difficulty settling, and evenings that feel overwhelming can leave you exhausted and unsure what to try next.

In our session, we slow it down and look at the full picture — your baby’s age, feeding, patterns, cues, and what your days and nights currently look like. I help you understand why sleep is feeling hard and guide you with practical, responsive adjustments you can start using straight away.

Because I’m trained in both lactation and infant sleep, I’m always looking at how feeding and sleep influence one another. Often, sleep struggles are connected to feeding patterns, and feeding challenges can show up as unsettled sleep. Looking at both together allows us to make changes that are gentle, realistic, and actually effective for your baby.

You’ll leave with a clear, personalised sleep plan that feels realistic for your baby and your family.
