Frequently Asked Questions

Do you come to my home, or is this online?

Both. I’m based in Ra’anana and come to families across the Merkaz and surrounding areas. I also offer virtual sessions for families anywhere in Israel (and worldwide) who prefer support from home.

What ages do you work with?

I mostly work with newborns and young babies during the fourth trimester and early months. That said, I also help families with older babies who are having feeding or sleep challenges.

Do you only help with breastfeeding?

Not at all. I support breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, combination feeding, and formula feeding. My goal is never to push a specific method — it’s to help you feed your baby in a way that feels right for your family and works well in real life.

Do you use cry-it-out or strict sleep training?

No. My sleep support is gentle, responsive, and based on what’s developmentally appropriate for babies. We don’t use cry-it-out or rigid schedules. Instead, we work toward better sleep in a way that feels calm and respectful for both you and your baby.

Can you still help if my baby isn’t a newborn anymore?

Yes. Many families reach out once they’re already feeling stuck with feeding or sleep. It’s never “too late” to get support.

What actually happens during a session?

We begin with a thorough conversation about your concerns, your baby’s patterns, and your goals. I carry out a careful assessment of feeding, sleep, and newborn behavior as needed, and observe your baby in order to understand the full picture.

From there, I provide clear, practical guidance and a tailored plan you can begin implementing right away. You’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s happening, specific next steps, and ongoing support so you don’t feel like you’re figuring it out on your own.

Do you offer sessions before the baby is born?

Yes, and they can be incredibly helpful. We talk through feeding, newborn sleep, what the early weeks really look like, and how to feel more prepared and less anxious going into it.

Why do you talk about feeding and sleep together?

Because in the early months, they’re very connected. When feeding improves, sleep often improves. When babies are overtired, feeding can feel harder. Looking at both together helps everything feel more settled.

Is this just for first-time parents?

Not at all. I work with many experienced parents who want a different kind of support, or who find that this baby feels completely different from their previous ones.

We can also look at how to gently fit your new baby into the rhythm of a busy family life, creating realistic plans that work alongside older siblings, school runs, and the demands of a full household.

When should I reach out?

Anytime. During pregnancy, in the first few days after birth, or months later when things feel harder than expected. You don’t have to wait until you’re completely overwhelmed.

How do I book?

Just reach out through the contact page or message me directly. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can to find a time that works.

How much does support cost?

Pricing depends on the type of support you’re looking for and whether we meet in your home or virtually. I’m happy to share full details after a brief conversation so you can decide what feels right for your family before booking.

What areas do you cover?

I offer in-home support in Ra’anana, Kfar Saba, Herzliya, Ramat Hasharon, Netanya, and nearby areas, as well as virtual support for families across Israel.

My support is educational and evidence-informed and does not replace medical care. For medical concerns, please consult your doctor or healthcare provider.
