About Me
Hi, I’m Aimee.
I remember the early weeks with my own newborns — the exhaustion, the constant second-guessing, and the late-night searching to figure out what was normal and whether I was doing anything “right.” Those first weeks are a profound adjustment — physically, emotionally, and mentally — and they can feel surprisingly lonely, even when you’re surrounded by advice.
That experience is what led me to this work.
I’m a certified lactation counsellor, certified infant sleep consultant, newborn care specialist, and a mother of four. I support English-speaking families across Israel during the fourth trimester with calm, evidence-informed guidance around feeding, newborn care, and early sleep.
What I’ve learned — both professionally and personally — is that feeding, sleep, and newborn behavior are deeply connected in the early months. When you understand how they influence one another, your days feel calmer, your nights feel more predictable, and you begin to feel more confident in reading your baby and trusting your instincts.
My approach is gentle, practical, and parent-led. I help you understand what’s normal, what can be adjusted, and how to move forward in a way that feels realistic for your family. And when exhaustion makes even small decisions feel overwhelming, I provide clear, compassionate direction so you’re not carrying the mental load on your own.
There are no rigid rules or one-size-fits-all schedules here. Every baby is different. Every family is different. Support should feel flexible, reassuring, and aligned with your values.
