About Me

Hi, I’m Aimee.

I remember the early weeks with my own newborns — the exhaustion, the constant second-guessing, the late-night Googling to work out what was normal and whether I was doing anything “right.” The early weeks are a huge adjustment — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m a certified lactation counsellor, certified infant sleep consultant, and newborn care specialist — and a mother of four. I support families through the fourth trimester with evidence-based guidance around feeding, early sleep, and newborn care, helping you understand how it all fits together.

Because feeding and sleep influence one another in the early months, addressing them together leads to calmer days and more predictable nights.

My approach is calm, practical, and parent-led. I’ll help you understand what’s normal, what can be adjusted, and how to move forward with confidence. And when exhaustion makes decisions feel overwhelming, I offer clear, compassionate direction so you’re not carrying the mental load on your own.

There are no rigid rules or one-size-fits-all schedules here. Every baby is different, every family is different, and support should feel flexible, realistic, and aligned with your values.

I’m based in Ra’anana and offer in-home support across the Merkaz and surrounding areas, as well as virtual appointments for families who prefer remote support.
