About Me

Hi, I’m Aimee.

When I had my own newborns, I remember the exhaustion, the constant second-guessing, and the late-night Googling — trying to work out what was normal and whether I was doing things “right.” Those early weeks can feel intense and overwhelming, even when everything seems fine on the outside.

I’m a certified lactation counsellor, a certified infant sleep consultant, and a newborn care specialist — and also a mother of four. In practice, this means I support families with feeding in all its forms, help parents understand what to expect from newborn sleep in the first months, and provide hands-on newborn care and guidance during the day and overnight. My work is shaped by both professional experience and lived reality, with deep respect for how demanding and vulnerable the early months can be.

I support parents in a way that is calm, nurturing, practical, and parent-led. Most of the time, my role is to help you understand your baby, feel reassured, and trust your instincts. When exhaustion or overwhelm makes decisions feel hard, I offer clear, compassionate guidance and help lighten the mental load.

A key part of my work is supporting families overnight. Night nursing allows parents to rest deeply, knowing their baby is being cared for in a responsive and gentle way that aligns with their feeding and sleep preferences. I believe rest is not a luxury — it’s essential for wellbeing, recovery, and confidence in early parenthood.

I don’t believe in rigid rules, one-size-fits-all schedules, or cry-based approaches. Every baby and every family is different, and support should feel flexible, respectful, and realistic.

I’m based in Ra’anana and offer in-home support across the Merkaz and surrounding areas, as well as virtual appointments for families who prefer remote support.
