Finding the Right Support

Every family’s needs are different. Some parents want ongoing guidance through the early weeks, while others are looking for targeted help or overnight support to restore rest.

These support options are the main ways I support families. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, we can decide together.

Fourth Trimester Support (Birth → 12 Weeks)

Ongoing, integrated support through the most intense and tender early weeks.

Includes:

  • One prenatal preparation session (virtual)

  • Three in‑home postpartum sessions

  • Feeding support aligned with your preferences

  • Gentle sleep and settling guidance

  • Follow‑up message support between sessions

Ideal for parents who want: continuity, reassurance, and a consistent professional presence during the fourth trimester.

Feeding & Sleep Foundations Consultation

A one‑off consultation designed to bring clarity and confidence.

Includes:

  • Assessment of feeding and sleep concerns

  • Support for breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or combination feeding

  • Education around normal infant sleep

  • Gentle, age‑appropriate settling strategies

  • A clear, flexible plan for the weeks ahead

  • Written summary and next steps

Ideal for parents who want: focused guidance without ongoing sessions.

Overnight Newborn Care & Night Nursing

Professional, responsive overnight care that allows parents to fully rest and rejuvenate.

Includes:

  • In‑home overnight newborn care

  • Feeding support based on your preferences (breast, bottle, or combination)

  • Gentle soothing and settling throughout the night

  • Support for early sleep rhythms

Overnight care is always baby‑responsive, never cry‑based, and is booked in bundles of nights to allow for meaningful rest.

Clear expectations and details are shared before booking so everyone feels comfortable and supported.

Support in the early months isn’t a luxury — it’s a way to protect your wellbeing, confidence, and family during a profound transition. The next step is simply to get in touch so I can learn a little about your family, your baby, and what kind of support would feel most helpful. Pricing depends on the type of session, the number of hours, and how often you’d like support, and is always discussed after a brief conversation so we can find the right level of care for you — with no obligation to commit upfront.

Location and Travel

I’m based in Ra’anana and offer in‑home support throughout the Merkaz and surrounding areas.

Travel within 15 km of Ra’anana is included. For visits further afield, a modest distance‑based travel fee applies and is always confirmed in advance.

Virtual appointments are also available and can be a flexible option for prenatal sessions, consultations, and follow‑up support.
