Feeding Support
Feeding can feel surprisingly stressful when it’s not going smoothly. Pain, very long feeds, worries about supply, bottle questions, pumping, reflux, unsettled behaviour — it can quickly become exhausting and confusing.
In our session, we slow it down and look at what’s actually happening. I observe a feed — breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, or a combination — assess your baby’s patterns and cues, and guide you in real time with practical adjustments you can feel straight away. You’ll leave with a clear, personalised feeding plan and far less guesswork. Because I’m trained in both lactation and infant sleep, I’m also looking at how feeding patterns may be affecting your baby’s sleep. Many feeding challenges show up as unsettled sleep, and vice versa. When needed, we gently address both together so things feel calmer across the whole day and night.
